Work Experience

Amazon

London, UK — Jan 2020 – Jul 2022

AVS, Senior Brand Specialist – Vendor Manager II

Was a cross between a consultant and account manager for consumer electronic brands serving 8 European markets through Amazon

  • Drove significant revenue growth: Took Harman UK to +132% YoY growth and Philips Audio to +106% by obsessing over customer data and marketing opportunities.
  • Fixed once-in-a-lifetime challenges: When COVID hit, Philips Audio had 50% out-of-stock rates. Built new supply chain processes that dropped it to 10%—saving their Q4.
  • Behind massive promotional event succcess: Owned €5M+ annual promotional budgets, generating €3.7M in Q4 2022 sales for Sennheiser by testing, learning, and doubling down on what worked.
  • Became the go-to for complex brands: Bose, JBL, Instax—each had unique challenges across 8 countries. Learned that scaling requires both standardization and localization.
  • Paid it forward: Trained 10+ new hires and conducted 20+ interviews because great teams build great businesses.
Left Amazon with a masterclass in scale, operations, and customer obsession—and the itch to build something of my own.
What 2.5 years at Amazon taught me: Supply chain optimization, P&L management, cross-cultural team leadership, and how to turn data into decisions.
